Here are some additional worksheets on numbers and number words.
A lovely addition to Numbers/Number Words 1 and 2.
Number word to number match up Worksheets (x5) - Children draw a line from a number word to match up to its numeral. Each worksheet gets harder.
Counting worksheets (x4) - Each ten frames shows different number of dots which the children count and write in words in the space provided.
Double Ten Frames Read and Draw worksheets (x3)- Teen numbers up to 20. Children read the number words and then draw the same number of dots.
One more/one less worksheets (x5) - Children read the numbers in words and then write in words one less and one more on either side of the number word. In addition, two of the worksheets have a missing letters activity. Children insert the missing letters in the number words.
Doubles worksheets (x3); and
Writng doubles number sentences worksheets (x5) - Each box contains robots which the children count. They write the number in figures and in words. Then they double the number and write in figures and words. The worksheets are differentiated in that some children may be able to write doubles number sentences. This resource relates to statistics on the topic of dot plots. It introduces dot plots on PowerPoint (12 Slides). The presentation demonstrates how the data was collected, rearranging data in numerical order, and presenting the data on a frequency table. Using the information on the frequency table, students are shown how to create a dot plot/line plot via Slide Show animation. Two detailed examples are shown.

The plan includes a lesson starter on adding two-digit numbers together. The method is adding the tens numbers first and then counting on the ones for quick mental addition. Presentation slides are referred to and there are suggested questions you might want to ask your students.

The presentation explains a dot plot and then looks at two examples from capturing the raw data, presenting them in frequency tables, and then creating dot plots.
Case study 1: Students are shown how Mr Smith creates a dot plot from data how long it takes his staff to travel to school.

This resource relates to Canadian currency - nickels, dimes, quarters and dollars (loonies).
The worksheets are in colour and black and white.
WITH ANSWER SHEETS
Each of the four worksheets contain a variety of tasks for students to complete on the topic of buying school supplies/stationery.
Worksheet 1 - Students look at the pictures and price of each item and then work out how much two items of school supplies cost.
Two questions at the bottom: Which student spent the most? Which student spent the least amount of money?
Worksheet 2 - This worksheet is similar to the above except students are working out what 3 items of school supplies cost.
Worksheet 3 - Students answer 6 questions about the items, e.g. Which item is the most expensive? How much less do the crayons cost than the ruler?
The next task is to write the new price for each item which has risen by 10c.
Worksheet 4 - The first task is to write the new price of the items which have risen by 20c. Second task - to add up 3 items of school supplies at the new price.
Worksheet 5 - Sale Now On! - Students reduce the price of each item by 5 cents. They then recalculate the items of stationery bought (subtraction)
**Additional worksheets: **
Drawing coins to match the price tags - Students use the fewest number of coins as many times as they can.
Add coins and write the total on the price tag for each object shown.
Challenge: Students add up all the prices on the tags and write the total amount of money spent.
