This can be attached to every TDA to show the amount of marks given for each TDA, it also speeds up the marking and assessing process. This can also highlight areas which your students are finding more difficult to write up so you can spend more time more time going over these weaker areas.

Students cut out and colour the layers of the sun. Write the name of the layer/zone and then use the table to research information about it. Students cut out the sheets and take in sticking the 'window' pane down so that the energy transfer strip(s) can slide up and down with their exercise books. Activity can be used to self assess knowledge, peer assess each other and then write the energy transfers down on the worksheet. Extension activity is to draw Sankey diagrams.

Included is the foldable to colour, label and cut out and pictures to model the correct way of fitting it together. Students of course have full automony when it comes to the colouring. Boxes to include key words have been added since photo was taken. Students can then describe in their exercise books how the dam works and research real life case studies.
