Designed to develop year 8-9 students’ reading comprehension skills and their confidence approaching an unseen fiction text, Mastering comprehension will help upper KS3 students to make the transition to GCSE English Language study. This teaching pack includes eight literary fiction or prose texts from the 19th-, 20th- and 21st-century.
