This is a fun game to play with your students during revision lessons. Students can also play it in small groups as part of their own revision. Each pair/group will need a dice or an online dice roller. This is a fun and enjoyable revision game. Students can play it in class or together as part of group revision. You will need to bring at least one dice (three is easier) or use an online dice roller in order to play. In order to play the student rolls three dice. Dice 1: Tells the student the area of law from which they need to name a case Dice 2: Tells the student which tier they need to pick the case from (see below) Dice 3: Tells the student what about the case they need to state Once they have done this the student will state what they need to state. For example a student who rolls: Tort Law + Tier 1 + Legal Principle Could say: Robinson v Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police: Duty of care is established through a process of analogy Case Tiers Tier 1 cases: Cases students must understand Tier 2 cases: Cases that students should know Tier 3 cases: Cases that are great to complement answers & essay but you can survive without!
