I created this for a primary 6/5 composite class as an evidence booklet for all work completed within the Kensuke’s Kingdom topic. This topic was considered inter-disciplinary, their were multiple lessons across the curriculum based upon the book. Pages included: Contents Map of the island (maths and art) How to Purify Water (Science x 2 lessons - water cycle & water filtration experiments and instructional writing) How to Build a Shelter (outdoor learning and instructional writing) Diary Entry pages x 3 (Personal writing - three times over the time line) Plant Identification and facts x 3 for Nettle, Rhubarb and Mint. (ICT, art and outdoor learning. Reciple for Nettle Cake (Outdoor learning/ foraging, Home Economics, instructional writing and Health and Wellbeing). The work included in the booklet can last 6+ weeks and can included comprehension work. Can be printed as an A4 workbook but to save paper an A5 version double sided is suggested. Please see the link to print an A5 version. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/kb/print-booklets-acrobat-reader.html
