Over 45 recipe cards suitable for KS3 & KS4 students. Ranging from simple beginner recipes such as a fruit salad, pasta salad and flapjack, berry crumble bars, stir fry & pasta sauce to more advanced recipes like swiss roll, lemon cheesecake, spanish chicken, Shepher’d pie, thai curry, Lasagne and apple pies.
This pack includes a combination of both sweet and savoury recipes with an ingredients and equipment list and key nutrients identified.
These recipes have been tried and tested with my students. My students love using them and are able to work far more indepedently. The recipes have been broken down into simple steps in child friendly language with key tips and hygiene and safety reminders etc. There also suggestions on ways to adapt the recipes and cooking and serving suggestions.
I have attached it as a pdf file and also as a publisher file making it easy for you to adapt any recipes for your students. I would recommend printing the recipes off in colour and laminating. A company recently contacted me selling a very similar resource, but their price was around £150!! So for under £10 these recipe cards are a real bargain.
Please note: The food pictures on the recipe cards are for illustration purposes and are not my own.

By saying/ hearing the question twice this helps the students to remember the key facts. It is also a good way to encourage the students to interact which each other and develop communication skills.
