Inspired by @MrLPeachy I have created a learning journey for the AQA sicnece Trilogy specification. Fully editable.

This includes a power point with extension work, homework and periodic table cards The lesson involved modelling with lego. for the plenary stendents were given a piece of coloured card and then grouped together to form certain elements and compounds For my lesson two sets periodic table cards were cut up and laminated. One set was given out to the students and I kept the other and for that lesson students were picked at random for questioning using their element symbol. Their element then became their homework - research their element.

Made using the AQA Trilogy specification. Contains 1 slide of activities to complete for the C5 topic - lots of tricky calculations to get to grips with and a good way of identifying which need to be revised. I give these out at the end of each topic and also before holidays for exam preparation. Common exam command words in science for 2-6 marks.

his resource is differentiated by task and also by time to be spent on each. Red activities = hardest, Orange = medium demand Green = easy The stars represent the time to be spent on each ( I change this depending on the ability of the group/ student e.g. each star represents 2 minutes) I usually display on the board and students work on A3 or print for lower ability classes. Could cut up and use as flashcards
