A simple sorting activity on adverbs. Children learn that adverbs not only tell us "How?" (-ly), but also "Where?" and "When?". Adverbs of intensity / degree are not included in this word sort. The worksheet is merely to introduce students to a wider range of adverbs.

A set of 24 task cards to practise the use of an apostrophes with possessive nouns, plural and singular.
Can be used as a table task or hid around the classroom for a scavenger hunt. Children walk around the room looking for cards, they then read the sentence on the card and turn it into a phrase with a possessive noun and apostrophe. For example - this table belongs to Liam - Liam's table.
