I am selling 18 EYFS report comments which are very detailed and all different. This group of reports is aimed at Boys in the class. I also have another set aimed at the girls. This will save you so much time and gives you a templates to match to children that you have in your class. All statements are spell checked and they cover all areas of the EYFS curriculum. They also cover EAL childrens language development and SEN specific students. I have added in the next steps/target sheet too. Below is an example statement. There are 18 of these for you to adapt to your childrens needs and progress. BLANK is a wonderful member of the Nursery class. He has been with us for two years, and we have seen significant progress during this time. He has matured remarkably and is well-prepared to transition to the Reception year. BLANK is a quietly confident little boy, who loves to learn. His advanced language skills are evident in his ability to effectively communicate, share news, generate ideas, and ask interesting questions. He always joins in with group activities, demonstrating excellent listening skills and by working hard. He is a very kind and caring boy who has made lots of friends. If anyone needs help BLANK will always be there to hold their hand or let the teachers know. BLANK prefers to be outdoors. He has good physical development and can run, climb, jump and ride the bikes with confidence. He also has a great imagination and makes up lots of games in the garden with his friends. Often involving superhero’s and good and bad guys. He always involves others in his play too. When he is inside, he likes to develop his mathematical skills whilst using the playdough and enjoys building with the Duplo and other construction materials. BLANK has made excellent progress in all areas of the Early Years curriculum. In literacy he can confidently retell the stories that we have learnt this year and can hear and say the initial sounds in words. In maths he is good at using numbers 1-10, counting forward, looking for patterns, recognising numicon and subitising. He also knows the main 2d shapes and can talk about their properties. To further enhance his learning experience, BLANK must focus on improving his fine motor control for drawing and writing tasks. By developing these skills, he will be able to hold a pencil better to write. We have thoroughly enjoyed having BLANK in our class and will miss his positive presence as he transitions to Reception year.
