Research-based App That All Teachers Should Know | Hands Down Approach | #GoForItApp

(1)
The app projects the flashcards with the vocabulary words, test questions or other items. The key feature of this app is that it combines the questions with a random student name generator. You can create your own flashcards or download pre-made ones. The app doesn’t require installation and it’s very easy to use. Key Features: ▸ Desktop Flashcard App which helps to increase Student Participation ▸ Random Student Name Generator ▸ Memorising Student Names and Faces ▸ Timer The purpose of using #GoForItApp is to provide active participation for all students as well as to allow the teacher to see how many students were correct and confident. On the other hand, students feel that the randomised name generator is a much fairer process than the classic “hand raising”. What do you need to get started: ▸ Access to a computer and the Internet ▸ PDF registers from SIMS (an example of a class register is included, so you will be able to test the app straight away). ▸ PDFs containing images (.jpg or .png) ▸ Mini-whiteboards Do you have any questions for me?
