All of my activities are created on an Acer Chromebook in a series of Posts on a Google Blog.
I know nothing of computer coding but started with one piece of free coding and have been adapting that by incorporating additional free coding.
They are created as TEMPLATES for online interactive resources.
So, if you have a blog, or want to create one to try this concept out, simply copy and paste the text in the downloaded text file as a NEW POST and PUBLISH.

The activity CONNECTING BY COLOURING is simply the ability to colour the background of the frame each picture is in.
It creates a “maze” where learners have to find a connecting path from one side of the screen to the other.

The activities are meant to be fun, flexible and differentiated.
They are meant to develop transferable skills and be cross curricular.
As a result they hopefully reinforce small chunks of information and give a better understanding of a topic.
I have sorted them into LEARNING, PRACTISING and TESTING activities and will add activities for each grouping if the concept works.
Most of the activities are aimed at UK National Curriculum KS1 and KS2.

The FLIP BOX coding is useful in that pictures or text can be viewed on both sides of the same frame.
In this case I have used pictures of [OPPOSITES] but obviously they could be any topic.

Sorting Numbers [1] and Sorting Numbers [2] show how activities can be easily differentiated with a simple change of format.
Sorting Numbers [2] has no numbers in place to give learners a clue as to the criteria of sorting.

This is my next attempt to share some of my resources.
It is an activity based on some coding I have called “zooming sentences” and free sets of sight words I found on the internet.
There may be an ethical issue here in that the “zooming” technique can be seen as subliminal, however, it is very effective as an educational “tool”.

This is my next attempt to share some of my resources.
It is an activity based on some code I call “tooltips” which allows text to appear over a picture to give information.
I have added an aspect with some code ! call “radio buttons”. The advantage being that once learners “know” the format other information can be included.
