A set of questionnaires to be used with vulnerable, SEN and children at risk to address their barriers to learning. Questionnaires targets different questions about how the pupil feels about school. A resource to either be used independently or 1:1 with students to understand areas where they struggle, flourish and need extra support. Questions will help teachers and support staff to understand pupils voice and how they can best support them. There are two questionnaires, one aimed at KS1 and one for KS2/KS3.
