Learning journeys (with multiple colour headings ) you could either use individually in student books or print to A3 and use as for a small class/ class book per term, its up to you. Any recommendations or alterations let me know and I can try to alter to suit your needs /curriculum.

Slips used to note snapshots or short summaries. These were dotted around the nursery provision for any quick notes and could easily circle which area the observatio was related to: Maths Development (MD), Physical Development (PD) , Languages, literacy and Communication (LLC), Social Emotional Development (SED) or/and Early Years profile. Section for next steps. Word doc so fully editable.

Based on the mandatory assessment areas listed in : https://hwb.gov.wales/api/storage/c05430f0-b9d3-4d5e-92a3-8ec30a60ddf1/assessment-arrangements-for-funded-non-maintained-nursery-settings.pdf Excel sheet fully customisable . Input 1 - for skill achieved 2 - skill partially achieved 3 - skill not achieved/ observed The sheet will generate a percentage for each area which can be used for your initial 6 week baseline assessment.

Large circles with editable spaces for name and photo. I used these as carpet spots for my nursery class. If you wanted you could print 2 pages per sheet to create matching peg labels.
