I have edited Levels 1 to levels 4 so there are now reading questions relating to every slide. I have mixed up all the original Thinking Hat colours and done away with black and white as I had teachers who felt these were not appropriate in a primary classroom and relaunched it all as Thinking Scarves - I hope you like the changes and leave me a nice comment below! Teachers need some fun to. This is my adult colouring book for teachers. You could print it out for your class to quietly colour during tests (when they have completed them to calm and relax them), or during long staff meetings - nothing is more relaxing and constructive than a little light colouring. This is to encourage staff to have a little time every day to think and reflect and not work. This is my attempt at improving the good life balance of staff. All these images were in the public domain. In the majority of the cases however, it took both a long time to find, then even longer to use editing software to sharpen and improve the images. I would love to know what people think of them.

Want to inspire your students? These pictures form the basic parts of a story to get them thinking. The pictures can be simply mixed up to change the story. The different pictures from the different stories could all be mixed up to create a really interesting mash-up of different stories. A real challenge is to see if a class can create a whole story from all the different images in the presentation!

The students can take these images and mix them up to create their own stories. There are two different ways of using this resource. You would separate the stories out, as I have done, or simple go wild, print them all out, laminate them and shuffle them and then use them as a starting point for student's own stories. The real challenge is to see if a class can use them all and still make a coherent story!

This is a fun PowerPoint which has different shadows. The students need to name what is making the shadow and also what time of day might this photos have been taken. It is a nice class warm up or fun end of lesson game.

I wanted to create a fun PowerPoint lesson which focuses on using frequency adverbs and also a few fun maths problems. The children are encouraged to write 20 sentences about their lives using adverbs. They then chat about the likelihood of different events happening in their lives.

I have created a visual version of the Ourselves topic using all the key keywords a student needs to be able to recognise, use and say. It is a perfect way of either creating a instant display or as a warm up, review or revision of a topic. The pictures are colourful and will help to promote conversation in the classroom.

Students love to match words and images. I have taken a vocabulary list for rocks and soils and I have matched the words to beautiful photos which match each feature. This resource for rocks and soils could either be printed off and laminated and made into an nice instant display, or it could be used in the classroom as an introduction, reminder or review of the words used in this topic.

It helps students to understand the key features of rocks and soils, their uses, erosion and why we need to take care of them.
