This lesson allows pupils to take control of their own learning and choose between higher or lower level questions to discuss and complete.
It is a hands on, practical session throughout that requires planning and prep, but I have found this to be one of my most useful, successful and enjoyable lessons to teach.
Please be aware that your school may request a risk assessment for snail investigations and you may also have to collect or purchase snails. Please keep snail safety and care at the heart of your session, and encourage this with the children.
