Irregular preterit practice (questions and conjugation)

Part 1: Complete each question using the following guidelines
Write the ending of the verb conjugation for the subject of the question and the subject of the answer. Note: All questions are in the tú conjugation.
In the last blank add 3-4 words to answer the question in a complete sentence.

Complete each verb conjugation with the correct stem change in the first blank and the correct verb ending in the second blank. For nosotros and vosotros conjuations, write the verb ending only. Answer in a complete sentence.

Based on the sentence, write an original information question. Vary your question words (Qué, Dónde etc). Your question must be 6 words minimum.
