Mini project for students to research different battles to show understanding of war on the western front. Somme, Passchendaele, Verdun, the Fontiers, Galacia, Marne, Tannenberg are all looked at. A very detailed powerpoint with a chart for students to complete as you work through it. No fancy learning here im afraid, just plain old simple teacher led learning for those times when they just need to get the information down. Could add extra activities if you wished. The information on the ppt is extensive however, so there is useful information given.
