I am a recent graduate of BSc Physical Geography at the University of Reading and I work full-time in the environmental sector. In the past I have worked as a private mathematics tutor. I aim to provide resources that can be used as a starting point for students in their maths studies, and also offer some geography-related resources at A-Level standard.

This is a short resource designed for Year 2 students to help them practice basic addition and subtraction sums.
I have an extended version of this resource available in my shop, which contains PDF versions of the following:
A help sheet with vocabulary associated with addition and subtraction, the concept of commutative addition and (non-commutative) subtraction, as well as examples of how to check answers to addition and subtraction sums
An extended question sheet with more questions to help students practice addition and subtraction including two digit numbers. There are also word problems included to help practice of reasoning skills.
