Year 4 Whole Year of Spelling Lists and Rules for New Curriculum Spelling Homework Template

Please find attached Year 4 Whole Year of Spelling Lists and Rules for New Curriculum Spelling Homework Template. I use the document once a week for a whole year. The coloured rectangles on each page are used to hide the words when doing a spelling test. Images on many slides math the key words. I’ve also included a template of words - please edit this on a weekly basis depending on which word list you are sending home. Please check my other resources, than you for looking, The Bearded Teacher

Please find attached: Lancashire KLIPS and LAPS Coverage Assessment and Data Tracking Tool For Writing Years 1,2,3,4,5,6. Fill in this document at the end of each lesson, week or unit to track the children’s progress. The document uses Lancashire KLIPS and LAPS - the LAPS are labelled 1,2 or 3 where relevant (grey crosses means there are no laps for that particular objective). Type 1,2, or 3 to change the colour of each cell. Please open the EXAMPLE document to see how to fill it in. If this resource is popular I’ll upload these for maths and reading soon. Thanks for looking.

25 AMAZING Story Openings / Starters with Realistic Images for English Creative Writing and Artwork. Ofsted outstanding lesson observation… Students chose a stry starter (I printed the PDF 4 to a page and the children stuck in their books) and they continued the story. You could also simply show one per week on the IWB. These are also great to print, laminate and make a display for English / Reading areas titled ‘Story Starters’. I have lots of other similar resources to this so please check my shop. Thank you! The Bearded Teacher.

Harry Potter - 10 x Coloring Sheets / Colouring Pages Activity - Printable A4 Mindfulness Worksheets

Harry Potter - 10 x Coloring Sheets / Colouring Pages Activity - Printable A4 Mindfulness Worksheets. The PDF file is ready to print on A4 (you could also select multiple to a page so children have a small set each which they can print and write about / annotate in their exercise books.) I like to print ‘two to a page’ which gives them an A5, smaller version. These make a great classroom display for your reading area / topic area in class, especially if you click ‘print to A3’. They’re also good if you print them smaller (i.e. 6 to a page) so that the students can then annotate them i.e. writing specific descriptions next to the pictures. I have lots more colouring sheets in my shop. Thanks for looking at our resources.

Romeo (from Romeo and Juliet) Character Description Profile BOOKLET worksheets templates A4 PDF

Romeo (from Romeo and Juliet) Character Description Profile BOOKLET worksheets templates A4 PDF. William Shakespeare. Attached is a 6 page printable booklet with the following pages: Page 1 - Character Details Revise this character guide and highlight anything that will help you with your character profile. Make notes on lined paper if you wish to. Page 2 - Character Monologue Fill in the relevant boxes with character thoughts, quotes and personal feelings. Focus on the evidence from the text rather than your own opinions too much. Page 3 - The Physical Character Annotate and make notes around the character. Focus on the character’s physical abilities and appearance and write down things that other characters see when they look at your character. Page 4 - Character Wheel In the surrounding segments choose eight different words to describe your character i.e. ‘brave’ or ‘risk taker’. Then use the text to find quotes that back up your segment words and write these on the outside. Page 5 - Character Notes Write any notes, memorable moments, useful facts or other information that you believe is relevant on this final page. Page 6 Character Description Use this page to write a brief character description of the character using the information that you have created in the booklet. These make fantastic booklets or feel free to use the individual pages. I have also made excellent English working wall displays with these individual sheets i.e. the character wheels and the character monologue pages. Please check my other resources as I have similar templates for other characters.
