Features page: the children are to think of the following things about their character and write these in the boxes surrounding the character:
The character’s likes
The character’s dislikes
The character’s feelings
The character’s friends
The character’s family
The character’s hopes
The character’s fears
The character’s house
The character’s hobbies
The character’s past
The character’s present
The character’s future
The character’s problems
The character’s solutions
Page Two
The task states ‘Now that you have a list of features for your character, write a character profile to describe the character.’
On this page there is an image of the character and a whole lines page for the students to add lots of detail in sentences. Ask them to focus largely on the features that they have found already and to use powerful adjectives.

What is a mixture?
20 Photos of birds i.e. robins, eagles, seagulls, crows etc. Also Includes 20 Creative Uses for them.
Photos can simply be shown on the editable Powerpoint to inspire the students.
Photos can be printed 6 to a page using the pdf so children can order them and annotate them.
Photos could be printed full size and used as scavnger hunts etc.

Guess the Object - Display close-up photos of the objects and have students guess what they are. It encourages observation skills and critical thinking.
