Currently working in the International Sector. I'm not sure I morally agree with TES charging teachers for resources (surely sharing best practice) will improve the profession and I don't see schools stumping up the cash to prevent teachers parting with their own money to buy resources off TES. Teachers do enough to earn their below inflation pay increases and should keep every penny they earn. For that reason my resources will all be free for teachers to download and use. I just ask that you leave some written feedback so I can improve my own resources and myself as a teacher of History and Geography. Thanks!
