Any Faculty - Behaviour Report

I created this report to support staff in dealing with low level behaviour issues in the classroom.
The points can be amended depending on how many lessons you have the student per week, but the general idea is that the students have the incentive to save themselves from obtaining an after school detention based on the points that they achieve each lesson.
For example I did: 5 points per lesson, 3 lessons per week. Students had a target of 12 points per week; anything below that they were issued with an after school detention. Staff can deduct the points how they seem fit.
