Business suppliers tasks

The following resources are excellent in stimulating class discussion when suppliers (as part of the operations management unit) to Business students (aimed at Year 1 A-level students, but could be used with GCSE students).

Choosing an effective supplier worksheet- can be done individually or in pairs, where students use data from the fictional case study to consider a variety of factors (like price, quality, reliability etc) when a business chose a supplier.

Supplier choice task- as a follow up to the worksheet, this task provides three different coffee suppliers giving their sales pitch on why they should be chosen. Great for staff discussion.
