Lesson examining life in Nazi Germany for young people examining both boys and girls and the types of activities they would complete. Pupils can be challenged to hyptothesise about what this might mean in the future e.g. what age would these people be by the time WW2 breaks out?

Some good ideas here that I will use and adapt for my KS4 class. No idea what the random footballers are doing in the plenary section though!

Hi Cassius - I asked a question and students had to get the answer right to reveal a square and then have a guess at who the footballer was - I had a low ability all boys group the year I did this and it motivated them to retain knowledge at least until the end of the lesson - sorry if it confused you!
