This bundle includes 2 resources. 1) A 4 pages worksheet that contains a list of idiomatic expressions (idioms) and an exercise where students will have to fill in the gaps with an appropriate idiom, conjugated if necessary. The sentences are completely tailored to the Spanish B (IB) content and therefore it can be a great tool to help students incorporate idioms to their written or spoken work. The answers have also been provided. 2) A range of sentence starters for the first part (presentation of visual stimulus) of the IB Spanish B Standard Speaking paper. The resource is divided in 4 sections with information/sentence starters that can be included in the presentation and suggested times for each section. Some of those sentence starters include complex structures like subjunctive. This bundle of resources is for the 2018 Specifications (first examinations 2020).
