Interactive 3D Activities

1. An interactive, exploratory PowerPoint show with a 3D, animated model of the skeleton that teaches the names of bones.

2. An interactive Find the Bones game, where students click on the correct corresponding image, to match the name of the bone being presented. If they click on the wrong answer, the card disappears and they have as many chances as required to find the correct bone.

Worksheets

1. A description of the functions of the skeleton and a labeled diagram at 3 levels
2. Printable Pelmanism (card matching game)
3. Bone cards for pair and group work, differentiated at >4 levels
4. Gap fill differentiated at 3 levels with a 4th option of matching the job of the skeleton to its corresponding description.

NB, the PowerPoint shows only work if you gave MS Office installed on your machine.
They can be distributed to the learners, so that they can explore independently, or you could use them as an interactive whiteboard game or presentation.
