Playground Geometry Hunt Activity

Take your geometry unit to the next level by allowing students to apply learned concepts of geometry to the world around them. This playground hunt activity allows students to find the shapes they have learned about in class in a place they visit regularly, their playground. Students will draw a representation of the item they found, label its shape, identify the object, and then describe its features.
