A practice on introducing the present subjunctive in Spanish.

Conjugate each table with the missing conjugations of the present subjunctive. Then, complete the sentences using the following guidelines:

  1. Create a different subject (person) and conjugate the verb in the present subjunctive to match the new subject.

  2. Add 3-4 words to expand on the sentence. Your sentence must make sense.

Students will conjugate a total of 18 verbs (6 -ar, 6 -er, 6-ir) and write 9 sentences. Only regular -ar, -er, and -ir verbs are used for the present subjunctive.
