Students are introduced to the wider world of diversity within Art. They are presented with examples of how Artists explore their own identities, opinions, and social situations through Artwork. Students will analysis the work of Hundertwasser and Grayson Perry to gain understanding in the value of imperfection and self-expression. In this scheme, students are encouraged to discover their own identity, to response to the autobiographical work of Perry. Students then present their discoveries by creating an Auto-biographical Coil Pot, which visually replicates Hundertwasser intentionally imperfect style and speaks to the beauty of diversity.
