I saw an idea on TES' Facebook page called 'challenge capsules' where extension tasks are put into capsules to make extension work more novel. I have tried here to make this idea compatible with my subject. I bought eggs on ebay like the ones shown below, numbered them 1-12 and put the activities into the corresponding eggs:
