I am sure you have heard of this approach to homework so I thought I would post the one I have created in the hope that it might be of use to you. It is a great way of getting students to choose homework tasks for themselves, but could also be used in a cover lesson. You may want to use this and then create your own or adapt it for different classes.

This is a good resource, with some interesting choices for homework activities to pick from. However, for £3 I would hope for a copy which can be amended as well as a PDF, as I bought it and then saw the use of 'gonna' in the language which, in my literacy focussed school, will now not be able to be used!
