This PowerPoint will allow you to teach students the GCSE 9-1 Chemistry content on Making Salts by Acid-Alkali titration.

Note
This does not cover the Triple-only content on titration calculations or performing a titration as part of a Core Practical; that is covered in a separate lesson for the Quantitative Analysis topic.

This lesson is simply about using titration to make salts from acids and solubles bases, in contrast to the methods used for making salts from acids and insoluble bases.

The resources are easy to follow for teachers, readily accessible for students and are appropriate for Combined and Triple Science classes, Foundation and Higher tiers.

Other GCSE lessons are available from my shop. They can be purchased individually or, alongside this lesson, as part of a whole-topic bundle.
