All the lessons follow the textbook VIVA GCSE.

All the lessons in there are following the textbook so it is at the same level as the module - there is extension tasks for those high ability students, which might be a bit harder but the rest "non-engaging" activities as you call them are just taken from the book to practice all four skills. There are engaging starters and fun plenaries plus some worksheets to do some extra work like researching accommodaion on websites.
