Student guide for the IRP, as well as template for students to complete their work. The guide summarises the exam and how to prepare for it step by step. I t contains a list of sample IRP titles, introduction and note taking. … AND it has lists of expressions, connectives, etc that ensure students use the right language to score points. At the end of the guide there is also a list of generic questions to practice, which my students have used to no end! The template allows students to organise their note taking and analysis, so that the teacher can check progress and guide them. It also has cues on what to say in the introduction, based on past performances that scored top grades. My students do their work in a folder that they share with me and with other students. This is a unit of work regarding surrogacy and the TV presenter Ana Obregón, who has become a mother and grandmother to her son’s baby. A fun translation activity based on a revision task in the AQA book p. 104, at the end of the topic La identidad Regional. The task revises numbers, the subjunctive, vocabulary and accents. An activity to do in groups on the causes and impact of the 15-M, leading to a presentation.

A collection of exam style short activities to accompany the video “España inicios siglo XX”, available in youtube. The exercises are varied: T/F/NM; multiple choice; translation, etc. The worksheet include the transcript. A second worksheet includes the answers to the exercises.
