Dairy Australia is the national services body for the dairy industry. Dairy Australia offers a number of resources designed to engage and educate students about the ways dairy farmers contribute to our community and our lives and how dairy foods benefit our health. The Great Wall of Dairy and Picasso Cows are Dairy Australia funded primary school based programs which teach children about the dairy industry through the curriculum. These programs are supported by the free Discover Dairy website www.dairy.edu.au/discoverdairy offering a range of hard copy and online resources including lesson plans, homework activities and interactive games. Dairy Australia also supports the delivery of the Cows Create Careers program to secondary school students to promote education and career opportunities in the dairy industry.
