Review lesson for the Arguments for the Existence of God OCR A level but could easily be adapted for other specs. The intention is for students to recall key ideas from memory and then work together to fill any gaps. Gives students an expectation of work that should be completed at this point for their revision and an it would be great if section for students to work towards. All sheets and P/P mentioned are available in my TES shop under the bundle Arguments for Existence of God but those sections could also be adapted to include your own existing sheets.

Unit of Work on the Liturgical Year in Catholic Churches. 10 lesson unit covering: Church Year Order Advent Christmas Lent Holy Week Easter Ascension Pentecost Includes a keyword test that could be set for homework, an assessed piece of work on Holy Week and a GCSE style evaluation question on Festivals with whole class Feedback. Lots of opportunities for artwork, discussion, a range of video clips including Jesus Christ Superstar and retrieval embedded throughout. Suitable for KS3 but easily adapted to KS2.

4 lessons on Fertility Treatment and religious views on them. Includes what infertility is, different types of treatment, Christian views and Muslim views. Lots of oppurtunity for discussion and reflection. Task at the end could also be amended for an assessment. Used with KS3.

6 lesson of prep for Mock exam on EDEXCEL GCSE Catholic Christianity. Pupils will then sit the May 2018 paper. Booklet included for Pupils to work through with teacher support but could easily be set as a homework. Also includes a feedback lesson with answers for each question for students to discuss or red pen.

4 lesson topic on Christin Denominations and the spread of the Christian Church. Covers Pentecost, the Timeline of Church splitting and similarities and differences between the denominations today. Lots of oppurtunities for discussion and metacognition. Includes and extended writing piece and and a presentation task. Could easily be extended to 5/6 lessons by making the presentation task bigger or shortened to 3 lessons by skipping it. Created for KS3.
