Separate Salt from Water - STEM Activity - STEM Experiment

(0)
Can you really separate salt from water? Is it possible once the salt has been dissolved? Please note this involves hot water - that’s why its graded between 3 and 5. This is suitable for younger students if supervised. This experiment could also take a few days to see results. Best done over two lessons (not back to back). Throughout this experiment your students will test two theories. Those who think you can separate salt from water will be on a quest to prove the theory right. Those who think it cannot be separated will also be on a quest to prove their theory right. What’s included in this resource Teacher Notes Material + Checklist and Prediction sheet Experiment instructions Conclusion sheet Assessment of knowledge sheet - Did your students actually understand the experiment they performed Please note: Watermarks/blurred images will not be in your downloaded file!
