This is good for end of year 7 or year 8 students after they have done some work on food as it enlarges their vocabulary. I have used it as a basis for role-play and students have created their own versions adding dishes that they have researched. Can be used for cover with additional tasks such as design your restaurant logo and menu, create a quiz based on your menu to share with others, if students do this make sure they write the answers up for ease of correction.
