For this ‘colour’ tutoring lesson, you will receive 5 PDF’s. This includes two worksheets/activities. There is no PPT. Introduction to Colour A4 Introduction to Colour Activity (1): Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Warm vs Cool colours. The student can spend time painting these squares and the colour wheel whilst you explain the meaning. Introduction to Colour Activity ANSWER sheet. Extension: Warm vs Cool Hands Instruction: The student will draw their own hand and circles from small to large around it, following a warm vs cool colours transition. Extension: Warm vs Cool Hands Template: differentiated support if child finds drawing the circles challenging. Enjoy! Happy teaching!

In this resource, you will receive an A4 print out for a ‘booklet/zine’ about the A-E of Embroidery Stitches (arrowhead stitch, backstitch, chain stitch, darning stitch and eyelet stitch). In the booklet, there are QR links to supporting tutorials for each stitch. One of the QR codes (page 1) will take you to a FULL LESSON specifically made by me for this resource. In this lesson, I show the students how to actually make the booklet (only scissors required) and go into details about specific needle uses, how to use a fabric hoop and how to carry out each embroidery stitch.
