Edexcel Business - End of Unit Test - Theme 2 - 2.2. Making Marketing Decisions - 20 short mark questions This is an end of topic test for the Edexcel Business, Theme 2, 2.2 Making Marketing Decisions unit. This topic test is definition based for knowledge recall and therefore mostly 2 mark responses are required. There are 20 questions in total lasting 53 minutes. I have created this test to ensure that my students understand the basic definitions, this will then be built upon in a later assessment that will ask them to apply their knowledge to a case study with heavier weighted questions. Key things to know 53 minutes in timing 20 questions 1 mark responses 2 mark responses 3 mark responses 4 mark responses

EDEXCEL BUSINESS - THEME 2 2.2 Making Marketing Decisions This revision question menu can be used in a range of different ways. I have given it out as a home learning tasks, particularly useful over self isolation as it gives students something to do whilst being away from school and still able to interact with the lesson content. I have used it in lesson when needing some differentiation, I will signpost students to certain sections to complete. This is an activity that can be done both in school and out of school. It covers the following: 2.2.1 Product 2.2.2 Price 2.2.3 Promotion 2.2.4 Place 2.2.5 Using the marketing mix to make business decisions

A game that can be used as a plenary or to identify key terms for a lesson. I often use 'fun' categories, followed by a couple more serious ones. I have included a tutorial of how to play and a blank sheet to print out.Students are required to think of words for each category and as soon as they have filled in all the categories in a horizontal line they need to shout 'stop the bus' everyone needs to put their pens down and they can score points by putting original words in. Teacher or student to pick the letter that the whole class use. Please see tutorial for more detail.Only trouble I have had is trying to score the class as a whole when they play individually. I often just use the person who has said stop the bus first.
