Included are detailed PowerPoints, teacher notes and a couple of revision diagrams to support the teaching of the second Depth topic (c.1914-1919) and the breadth topics up to 1919. Please note that the period 1871-1914 will be covered by a coursework teacher, so that content is not included in this bundle. A number of resources relating to the new AQA GCSE unit, Britain: Health and the People, c.1000-Present. Although these worksheets have been specifically designed for AQA, they could be adapted to suit any ‘medicine through time’ unit from another exam board. However, many of the worksheets require the blue Health and the People textbook from Hodder. Included are various worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, assessment activities and a bumper exam pack (filled with possible questions). These worksheets/activities are designed to supplement other work on medicine and public health.

Detailed resources covering the entire OCR unit! Various resources covering the required content for OCR's Later Tudors unit including a detailed Scheme of Work. Included are worksheets, revision aids, diagrams and detailed handouts. Topics covered include religion, foreign policy and social unrest in the reigns of Edward, Mary and Elizabeth. (N.B. I have included Elizabethan foreign policy resources to enhance wider understanding, as this does not feature in the new spec).

Part 1 of a four-part resource on the Unification of Italy (Parts 2-4 coming 2017/18). These resources are designed to suit the introductory topics of the 'Unification of Italy' unit from Edexcel. Included are detailed PowerPoint presentations, revision diagrams for note-taking, a thorough 40+ page set of teacher notes and other worksheets. These resources would be invaluable for any teacher who is teaching this unit at A Level (or AS level) and would be an ideal supplement to other material on the topic.

A number of materials that are ideally suited for A Level students. The resources can be adapted to suit either OCR or Edexcel exam boards; however, they have been specifically designed for OCR. They could also be used as part of the introductory work for a Historical Enquiry (coursework). Included are Powerpoint presentations and resources on the witch craze. These are intended to be used alongside the Access to History text book (for Edexcel and OCR)

A full term’s work of resources for teaching The First World War to Year 9 (could also be adapted for a more-able Year 8 class, if pursuing a three-year GCSE course). Included are lesson packs covering all aspects of the First World War. Each lesson pack includes a PowerPoint (with integrated videos, worksheet screenshots and activities), individual worksheets and contemporary sources (where required). There are seven topics in total, each one taking between one and two weeks. This will leave room for time for assessments, trips and a potential research project on the Home Front (which is not included in this pack). These resources were originally designed for paperless teaching on OneNote; however, it will work perfectly for exercise book teaching (simply replace ‘on OneNote’ with ‘in your exercise books’ on the slides). No textbooks needed!

A full term of resources for teaching a unit on ‘World Revolutions’ (could also be adapted for a more-able Year 8 class, if pursuing a three-year GCSE course). Students explore the American and French Revolutions before researching a historic revolution of their choice (as part of an independent research project culminating in a ‘poster slam’). They then complete a synoptic comparison of all three revolutions to spot common themes. Included are lesson packs covering each aspect of the ‘World Revolutions’ unit. Each lesson pack includes a PowerPoint (with integrated videos, worksheet screenshots and activities), individual worksheets and contemporary sources (where required) These resources were originally designed for paperless teaching on OneNote; however, it will work perfectly for exercise book teaching (simply replace ‘on OneNote’ with ‘in your exercise books’ on the slides). A full term of resources for teaching the impact of war on migration to Britain to Year 9 (could also be adapted for a more-able Year 8 class, if pursuing a three-year GCSE course). This is part of a wider ‘Empires and Migration’ topic that has been scaffolded down from GCSE to suit KS3 teaching. Included are various lesson packs covering various aspects of the ‘Empires and Migration’ topic. Each lesson pack includes a PowerPoint (with integrated videos, worksheet screenshots and activities), individual worksheets and contemporary sources (where required) These resources were originally designed for paperless teaching on OneNote; however, it will work perfectly for exercise book teaching (simply replace ‘on OneNote’ with ‘in your exercise books’ on the slides). The Oxford and Hodder ‘Empires and Migration’ textbooks are needed to teach some aspects of this range of resources! (However, these are not widely used and activities could easily be adapted).

Several resources relevant to the OCR A Level unit, Popular Culture and the Witchcraze. Included are revision diagrams, worksheets, maps, tables and graphs that cover both popular culture and the witch-hunts. These resources will supplement work from the Access to History textbook, which is needed to complete some of the note-taking activities. These resources are primarily for use as revision aids and possible homework/class activities. As this is a new specification there are no stand-alone units of work out there; however, I hope these resources help!

Various resources for the new AQA GCSE topic: Restoration England, 1660-1685. Included are gap fill worksheets, timelines, glossaries, quizzes, PowerPoint presentations, revision diagrams, assessments and source materials. These resources would be a life saver for any teacher embarking on this new GCSE topic! Each PowerPoint includes teaching information, copies of the worksheets, sources and videos (where relevant). There are also practice exam questions included in each topic PowerPoint (usually 1-2 per topic). This is everything you need to deliver this unit at GCSE. These resources were originally designed for OneNote teaching; however, they can easily be adapted to exercise book teaching in under 5mins. Simply change the phrase ‘in OneNote’ to ‘in your exercise books’ on the PowerPoints. Both the course textbooks from Hodder and Oxford/Pearson are needed to access some of the activities (however, alternatives can no doubt be found).
