The Practice and Learn Greek Group is dedicated to practising the modern Greek language. Members may wish to do this as a primary learning strategy, to supplement classroom learning or for cultural or personal reasons. Recent posts included Greek youtube clips, poems, photos of signs, funny messages and painted Easter eggs. It's on facebook and encourages links to useful sites. Brian Birch, the administrator enjoys trying new ways of learning Greek using social media tools such as youtube, skype, google translator and soon google hangouts. Many posts or content offers Greek and English messages as a quick way to stay with the conversation even if the level of Greek is difficult.
