Don’t spend more time then you have to working at home! I have planned English and Maths Year 3 homework, for 6 weeks. English homework has exciting tasks for pupils to describe and use similes, whilst maths is a combination of volume, mass, litres, numbers and measurement. It won’t take too long for the children at home and it will reinforce learning.

Ive worked hard so you have less work to do!

I have created a scheme of work, 5 lessons for each 6 weeks for the book Into the Forest, each lesson is engaging and exciting and I have trialled it in the lessons. I have designed four interesting lessons and worksheets on Eid and Ramadhan, using key words for children to understand the Muslim month of fasting and the day of Eid. All work is verified and authentic being a Muslim myself. Very relevant as Ramadhan starts very soon! You could even hold a competition in class!
