I have therefore included a complete run through of the sample NEA material. Included is: 9.1 Lesson on Planning Cycle 9.2 Overview of the NEA- powerpoint that guides students through each task, including revision content of the key information- I am using this mock as a way to prepare them for the NEA, so I will be supporting them in how to tackle the tasks. BTEC Tech Award Health and Social Care- Component 3. This will be used as my pre-exam booster, before the exam. I have approx 30 minutes. This could be extended as a revision session, if you print the Sample paper, and then use the slides to guide students through the answers. These resources are planned to support students with a walking, talking mock of the Component 1 PSA. This is not used with students who are sitting the PSA as you obviously cannot guide students through these tasks. Each bullet point of the task is explained and suggestions given with regards to which content to include. Students are talked through how to attempt each task, and then given the directed time to complete each task. This Walking Talking Mock is for the January 2024 release. Planned to be delivered to students studying the AQA Specification A, but easily adapted for other exam boards. I have planned all content to be delivered during an intensive Easter School session, in which the aim is for students to understand the main content of the exam. Also suitable for a school VLE.

Our students complete this unit, quite indepently as it falls during work experience. Attached is a walk through guide of how to complete the coursework. Students are given 4 support ppts for each assignment. This is delivered to Year 12 over 4 months.

A Unit aimed at Year 9, that will give them foundation/basic understanding of the principles of Islam. This feeds in nicely to them starting Islam in the GCSE in Y10, Would also be suitable as a unit in a Core (non-examined) curriculum for KS3 or KS4.
