Final 2 lessons to encourage students to consider what the wider application is of research and a lesson to teach tips and techniques ahead of the controlled assessment.

2 lessons in which students learn how to interpret data in statistical form (recognising bias etc), and a second lesson of how to make recommendations to improve practice and provision.

A bundle of resources to teach about the different types of research methods using in Health and Social Care. Suitable for Level 2 and Level 3 content (planned for Unit 4 of L3, but easy to differentiate for Level 2).

AQA New Specification 9-1- Lesson5 School Diversity. I used this lesson as an opportunity to get the students to work in groups to produce either a presentation on sugar paper, a power point presentation or a presentation using the Ipads. It worked really well and I actually got some great display material from it. Alternatively it’s great as a homework activity.
