Geography: Why is there Conflict in the Middle East? (Resources; Religion; Superpowers; Corruption)
This unit is created in line with my personal passion for Geo-politics and Middle Eastern culture. Whist this unit is framed around the varying sources of conflict in the Middle East, such as: Sunnie (Saudi Arabia) and Shai (Iran) regional relations; the decline in demand for oil and the 2022 Qatar World cup, it does seek to challenge stereotypes and deconstruct complex concepts for learners.
