This unit has 5 columns for pupils to complete and reflect during or after each lesson. It can be adapted for the activities you cover but at present includes relay, shot, 100m sprint, Long Jump and 800m/pacing. The self-assessment includes 5 questions to answer for pupils to demonstrate their understanding of each activity. These are fantastic to use for assessment at the end of the unit and I also used during parents evening to share with the pupils!

This score sheet is a team activity (Maximum of 6) for pupils to improve their sprinting time. The results are based on the improvement differences so it is a fair competition for all abilities in the class. All pupils complete a first run, teacher led technique and then they complete the second sprint. Simple and fun to challenge pupils.
