KS3 geography. Begins with the odd one out task and discuss the answer. Next cover learning objectives, move onto the images and facts. Students then watch the clips and use the attached thinking hats resource to write about mumbai . The build on key words using the facts slides (these can be printed out). Finally there is a mumbai postcard activity to apply knowledge which can be carried over or completed for homework.

KS3 geography. Includes a clip, a printable mind map with categories for students to build notes, printable resources of the different landscapes. Can be used as a carousel activity or paired task. A heads and tails matching task to allow students to apply understanding of the different landscapes and who/why people live there. Also has an extension task that could be adapted as a homework.

KS3 geography. A mixture of information and activities; a clip, true/false quiz finishing with students applying their learning by creating an India page.

Year 7 geography. These resources will take up 2- 3 lessons and offer a range of differentiation. They encourage group research and presentation and over 2-3 hours are designed to develop skills as well as build knowledge about the diversity of the UK. Includes all the supplementary resources that are needed to deliver the learning planned and outlined on the slides. I assigned students into groups of 3-4 using Kagan principles. I was observed by my HOD and a lead inspector on this lesson and got an outstanding!
