This presentation offers an introduction to different genres and encourages pupils to use their school library during a hands-on task. Trialled at primary school to allow children to explore the shelves and unpick what their understanding of writing styles / jacket designs, pupils were highly motivated.
A great way to get children to explore and discuss reading materials!
