I started creating these set of resources based on up-to-date, real and truthful sources after finding that most information presented in the books that are available is obsolete. I hope you find them useful.

Simple worksheet with a clear explanation on structure on the near future and a translation exercise. I did this with a mixed ability Y7 class, Mira 2, Module 2.
Here is a text I’ve written and some picture cards. I print, laminate and cut the cards individually, then hand the text out to be read in groups/ teams and the students have to put the cards in the order that the actions are mentioned in the text. There is an extension exercise at the bottom of the text too. I hope you find it useful.
Video and worksheet on school description. Especially good for showing students an example after the main units have been covered or when the module has been completed and when setting up a video project about school.
I used this video with my Y8 class in order to practise the immediate future. After a quick review on the tense (on the sheet), we had a competition to find the meaning of the verbs in the box. Then I played the video and stopped it in the timings specified in the worksheet so they could guess the answers to the questions. I only allowed them to use the verbs in the box or the ones they knew, but no more dictionary here. They were very creative and came up with lots of different ideas and they also enjoyed the film.
With these exercises I've tried to make the students think about the use of the present tense and structure it in a way they can remember. They increase in difficulty and level of independency. I hope you find them useful.
Simple worksheet to practise prepositions of place such as 'encima, al lado, en, etc'. As an extension, I ask the students to write a few more sentences based on the pictures.
Ppt and worksheets to go with the unit, but adding more complex structures aiming at achieving higher grades. The battleships game can be adapted for lower ability students by replacing the pictures with the sentences.
